Attention Heritage students! Earlier this week, Heritage High School announced a change in school colors. Starting in the 2018/2019 school year, pink will be added to the husky logo and school colors. The change is due to a pending lawsuit against the county. A high school in Texas has a logo and mascot that almost exactly mirrors ours, colors and all. Admin discovered the similarities earlier this year.

To avoid legal confrontation, the school has decided to implement a new accent color to our logo: pink. Pink isn’t used commonly and would make the Heritage teams and logo more recognizable. The color was tested on this years cross country logos. The bright pink was a favorite among the runners. Samples of the design of the new logo can be found below:
